CAB Contracts webinar ‘Insolvency Issues’, 25 February at 2pm

Given the current economic climate and recent case law, this session will provide practical advice to those companies who have an insolvency within their supply chain.  Issues covered will include

  • Protecting your company when forming contracts
  • Warning signs
  • Steps to consider if insolvency is suspected
  • Materials on and off site
  • Recent case law 

The webinar will last around an hour and as usual our presenter is Geraldine Fleming, Operations Director at Driver Trett.
