Grand Hyatt

Arkiteknik International designed the hotel combining contemporary design with traditional cultural elements. Towering majestically by the edge of the Dubai Creek, the hotel boasts 674 rooms, 14 bars and restaurants, a spa and fitness centre, tennis court and leisure garden – a world class hotel combining luxury facilities with innovative design and architecture.

Built on a 37 acre site, almost 18,000m³ of concrete and 20,000m² of glazing was used in the construction of one of the largest conference and
convention centre in the Middle East. The hotel features the Parallel Plus hinge helping to provide natural ventilation whilst maintaining the reflective qualities of the façade.
