Non-combustible secret fix soffit cladding designed and manufactured by Dales-eaves has been installed on the recessed balconies of The Astley along with Dales Weatherstruck aluminium wall copings. The Dales secret fit soffit panels were coated in Interpon D1036 architectural polyester powder coating in RAL 1036 Matt Pearl Gold, which achieves A2s1d0 classification reaction to fire EN BS 13501-1:2018.
