420 Kent Avenue in Brooklyn is the latest addition to the waterfront in Williamsburg. The project includes three luxury glass-clad towers offering 857 modern apartments designed to cater for the younger demographic commuting to the city.
Securistyle’s Rushmore hinge system has been installed onto the large glass façades to provide natural ventilation with fewer broken sightlines helping to deliver panoramic views across the city. The Rushmore system is specifically designed to facilitate large, heavy openings. The unique modular design allows vents to be balanced for equal opening and closing forces or to be self-opening or self-closing.
